It was truly an amazing experience to trek through the Himalayas with this amazing group of people. To be amongst a group of like minded people has been refreshing for me... However I have been blown away with the generosity of the public and the willingness of everyone to help and support Nepal in such a difficult time.

The current political climate in the region today climaxed with a complete exhaustion of fuel reserves in the country... As of today, no fuel will be available except through less scrupulous means and the government has pleaded to the UN general assembly about the oncoming winter and the likely humanitarian crisis that will likely occur. I cannot fathom the magnitude of the crisis and without further support from the international community it will be likely that the people will suffer even more //
