Staying fit when your sick with the Travel Bug

Think you don't have enough time to stay fit when you're travelling? Try this workouts in no more than 15 minutes a day.

Daily Workout Plan:

For Time - Complete 3 x Sets Each

The "I've been everywhere" man (or woman)

This can be done in your hotel room, or pretty much anywhere. The limitations would really just be the availability of a pull-up bar.

  • 10 x Bodyweight Squats / Air Squats

  • 10 x Push-Ups

  • 10 x Lunges

  • 10 x Pull-Ups or Tricep Dips

1 Min Rest / Repeat

Specific Workout Plans:

As Many Repetitions as Possible (AMRAP) - 15min

The "Heartburner"

Find a park or somewhere and step out 20-25m

  • 10 x Pull-Ups or Pushups (depending on pull-up bar availability)

  • 10 x Burpees

  • 10 x Squats

  • 10 x Mountain Climbers (alternating and continuous)

  • 4 shuttles of a 20/25m track

No Rest / Repeat
