10 x Backsquat @ 80kg

10 x Backrow @ 80kg

20 x Lat Pulldown @ 60kg

10 x Close Grip Pulldown @ 60kg

10 x Deadlift @ 60kg

10 x Clean & Press @ 30kg

10 x Military Press @ 30kg

10 x Dumbell Pullover @ 20kg

Finish with 12 min Jog @ 10.5km/hr @ 1800m ASL
